New Role: Venue Manager

We’ve added a new role: Venue Manager, for staff who oversee a single venue within your group.
Venue Managers have the perfect balance of control and focus:

  • Access to manage their venue’s events, guestlists, and team

  • No need to jump through extra admin layers

  • Seamless collaboration with Group Admins and other venues within the group

Venue Managers can be added by the Group Admin

Multi-Venue Access for Promoters & Scanners

Promoters and scanners can now be part of multiple venues from one login.
That means:
